The 50th Annual Greenwich Village Halloween Parade

The 50th Annual Greenwich Village Halloween Parade kicks off Tuesday, Oct. 31 at 7:00 PM. The theme is Upside/Down : Inside/OUT!, a response to how topsy turvy life has been for the past year. Since it’s literally about "reflecting" on recent times, mirrors are the suggested leitmotif for costumes.

The parade heads up 6th Ave. from Canal St. to West 15th. To march, you must be in costume. Get there very early for the best viewing spots. Click here for details, maps, directions, and more.
