Why Your Agent Should Go On Broker Tours
Bill spent this morning on a broker tour, visiting apartments in the Village and the East Village. We're always surprised more agents don't regularly do the same. There are so many benefits for both our buyer and our seller clients.
We get to see what homes are available, and how they're priced. We become more knowledgeable about various buildings and neighborhoods. It's also an opportunity to create and maintain relationships with other agents. We always pick up some good market intel (and maybe a little industry gossip). Plus, today there were bagels!
It all stems from our belief that if you're not constantly learning and growing, you're not serving your clients to the best of your best abilities. That's what we always strive to do.
