How We Market: Let's Go to the Video!

This is an unusual apartment, and we had some definite goals in mind when we produced this video. We wanted viewers to understand how the space worked, and that the bedroom mezzanine ceiling was more than tall enough for an adult to stand (8 feet, in fact). We also wanted to convey the excitement of the neighborhood.

We know it worked, because people have told us they've come to see the apartment because of it! What do you think?
