Every Monday morning, hundreds of Compass NYC agents have a group call.  It’s an opportunity to share our experiences and learn about what’s happening in the market in real time.  After all, we're in the trenches every day, so nobody knows it better.

This Monday an informal poll was taken by over 100 agents. The purpose was to gauge our expectations of the Fall market. Some results are below, and may surprise you. As you can see, we're not afraid the market is crashing. Most of us think prices will at least hold where they are.
